Arrival Procedures and Information at Los Suenos in Costa Rica
Check in/out: Check in Saturday 3:00 pm. Check out Friday by 10:00am (unless other arrangements are made).
You will receive keys from Stay In Costa (SICR). They manage our condo for us. Stay in Costa Rica’s office is right outside the front entrance of Los Suenos. Once you book your reservation with us or through Stay In Costa Rica, they will prepare everything for you.

Condo: 2 Bed/2 Bath Sleeps 6- King size bed in master suite, King size bed in guest room, one queen sleeper-sofa in living room, plus an air mattress & pump. The community is gated and security is very good.
Damage Deposit: Prior to checkin, you are required to leave a $500.00 damage deposit ($1,500.00 if you are using the boat) via credit card, which will be credited to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit after checkout.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability.
